Looking for work
Finding roles, building the profile employers see, and applying.
Search and save jobs
Search by title, keyword or company and narrow by suburb, job type, work mode, experience level and minimum pay. Saving a job keeps it on your list so you can come back to it.
Build your profile
Upload a CV and we read it for you, proposing your work history, education and skills. Nothing joins your profile until you accept it, and you can edit any section in place afterwards.
Apply for a job
An application reuses your profile rather than asking for it again. You answer the employer's screening questions, choose which CV to send, and see exactly what is shared before anything leaves.
Track what you have sent
Every application keeps its current stage, and an employer's messages arrive on the application itself. Withdrawing an application is final.
Privacy and your account
Your profile is only shared with employers you apply to unless you switch on discovery yourself. You can change that, choose which notifications you get, or close your account at any time.

Posting roles, getting verified, and working through applicants.
Post a job
The posting wizard takes you through the basics, the description, pay and roster, screening questions and a preview before anything is published. A draft keeps its place until you come back to it.
Get your business verified
Verified employers carry a badge on every posting. Verification is a one-time check of the business behind the account.
Review applicants
Each application opens with the candidate's evidence as it was when they applied, their screening answers, the CV they sent, and where the matching engine agreed or did not.
Your company and team
Invite colleagues to share the workload, assign applications between them, and keep the company profile candidates read up to date.

What is JobPick?
JobPick is an Australian job platform where you can find roles, build a profile and apply. You can search by role, location, experience and skills, then decide what’s right for you. Pick better.
Is it free to use?
Yes. You can create a profile, search for jobs and apply for free.
Do I have to enter my work history every time I apply?
Thankfully, no. Add your experience, education, skills and CV to your profile, then use that information when applying. Give it a quick check before each application, especially if your availability or work rights have changed.
How does AI Job Match work?
Where available, AI Job Match uses the information in your profile to suggest roles that may suit your skills, experience and preferences. It can point you in the right direction; you still choose where to apply. A match isn’t a job offer, sadly.
