We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Auditor to join our hotel operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overnight hotel operations and guest enquiries

• Complete night audit and daily financial reconciliation

• Process check-ins and check-outs

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally

• Monitor hotel premises during overnight hours

• Complete reports and administrative tasks

• Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Previous Night Auditor or Front Office experience preferred

• Valid First Aid certification required

• Valid RSA certificate required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable, responsible and well-presented

• Ability to work independently overnight

• Availability for night shifts, weekends and public holidays
