We are looking for friendly, reliable and professional Guest Service Agents (GSA) to join our hotel team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist hotel guests in a professional manner

• Handle check-ins and check-outs

• Manage guest enquiries and requests

• Answer phone calls and emails

• Process payments and reservations

• Provide information about hotel facilities and services

• Maintain accurate guest records

• Assist with general front office duties

Requirements

• Previous hotel/front office/GSA experience preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Good computer and administrative skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
