We are looking for an experienced and reliable Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team across multiple hotel and event locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations and service

• Lead and coordinate waitstaff and banquet teams

• Ensure high standards of customer service

• Assist with functions, conferences and events

• Manage staff allocation and service flow

• Handle guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally

• Ensure compliance with food safety and RSA requirements

• Complete opening, closing and operational duties

Requirements

• Previous F&B Supervisor or senior hospitality experience

• Valid RSA certificate required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Reliable and punctual
